7-Day Returns

Most non-perishable products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, perishable items such as fresh produce, honey, and food products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with a photo and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
